Cash on delivery returns are not accepted!

If the received items do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 working days, provided that the goods are unused, returned with all tags and original packaging.

Used items cannot be exchanged or returned, nor can damaged items due to improper use by the customer.

Goods that cannot be accepted for return or complaint due to failure to meet the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Complaints regarding damages that occurred during transport will only be considered based on a complaint report prepared in the presence of the customer.

Shipments sent with courier companies other than Econt are not accepted.

The courier service is at the buyer's expense if they wish to exchange or return the product(s). Use the return waybill included in the product package.

Complaints about damages caused by improper use by the customer, and not due to receiving defective goods, will not be considered.

Refunds are made by money transfer to an Econt office or by bank transfer (in this case, please provide IBAN). The transfer is made within 14 working days.
