DELIVERY

1. Once an order is received in the store from a User, a consultant from the online store will contact them to confirm the order and clarify delivery details if the delivery information is incomplete or unclear. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM are processed on Monday or the next working day.

2. In case of temporary unavailability of items (production process), we will contact the Customer as soon as they become available!

3. IF YOU WANT A COURIER SERVICE OFFICE, INSTEAD OF AN ADDRESS, PLEASE SPECIFY THAT IT IS AN OFFICE AND WHICH ONE EXACTLY.

- Delivery - within 1-2 working days from the moment the order is confirmed.

4. The usual delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5. Delivery is made to the exact address specified by the User or to an "EKONT" office in the respective locality.

6. Delivery prices are:

- delivery to an address or EKONT office.

- orders over 80 Euros - Free delivery.

PAYMENT

Payment for the goods is made by "cash on delivery" - cash payment upon delivery or by bank transfer (card or PayPal payment).

All shipments travel with Inspection and Testing.

The receipt (Money Transfer Receipt) issued by Ekont should be kept in case a refund is needed!
